Our Founder

Founder Liz Koblyk, PhD is an award-winning foresight strategist (IFTF Imagination Leadership Award, 2023), certified Prosci change management practitioner, and seasoned facilitator. Liz brings decades of leadership and change-making experience, from successful pilot launches, to guiding teams through restructures, and helping steward $50M in philanthropic funding. She has partnered with senior leaders, public officials, and underrepresented experts, and trained in foresight at Carleton University, the Institute for the Future, and The Futures School.

Experience has taught her that robust plans bring together a range of voices to imagine a breadth of futures, their sticking points, and their opportunities.

She also believes in developing direct experience with new technologies, and learned how to create AI agents, just to better understand their strengths and limitations.

But we're more than a one-person consultancy—we’re a collaborative network with expertise in strategy, implementation, governance, market research, and brand management.
